In February Blue launched Smart Search, a new and innovative service that allows customers to directly access Blue’s ever-increasing stock of used vehicles, from its trusted dealer network providing a best-in-class service. This was quickly followed by the Smart Search app in March and the work has not stopped there.
Smart Search puts the customer in control of their own buying journey, whilst allowing them to feel safe in the knowledge that Blue’s specialist agents are just at the end of the phone if needed. Blue continues to develop Smart Search with the customer at the forefront of all thinking, adding new partners to the service, to give its customers as much choice as possible.
