MT FCA Breakfast Briefing – Terms and Conditions

1.  Motor Trader FCA Breakfast Briefing in association with Black Horse (‘the event’) is organised by Motor Trader, published by Metropolis Business Publishing, a subsidiary of Metropolis International Group Ltd., 140 Wales Farm Road, London W3 6UG, registered in England no. 2916515 and Black Horse Limited, 25 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HN, registered in England and Wales no. 661204.
2. The event is free to attend for managing directors, dealer principals, sales directors, business development managers, sales managers, general managers, business managers, F&I managers from franchised and independent sites in the UK if they book by the end of Friday 21 November 2014. After that registrations from franchised and independent dealers will be charged at £50 + VAT at 20% (£60 in total) per person. Suppliers to the finance and insurance industries can attend at £75 + VAT at 20% (£90 in total) per person regardless of the date of the booking.
3. Submitting a filled out registration form is a confirmation of booking a place at the event.
4. A separate registration form needs to be submitted for each attendee. One form with details of multiple delegates is not acceptable.
5. Payments for delegate places must be made by credit card. No invoice will be raised.
6. Full payment must be received as cleared funds no less than 1 working day before the event takes place or admittance may be refused. Payment must also be made in full for cancellations made within 4 days of the event date.
7. You may cancel you place at any time. If cancellation is more than 4 days before the event date we will at your option accept a substitute at no extra cost (please see substitute section below) or refund 75% of the applicable fee. If cancellation is less than 4 days before the event date a substitute will be accepted but no refund will be given. Failure to attend the event counts as a cancellation and in case of free registrations will be charged at £50 + VAT at 20%.

9. If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing by e-mail (tracy.knight@metropolis.co.uk) with the name, job title, email address and telephone number of both the registered and substitute delegates.
10. It may be necessary to alter the venue and content of the event, or the timing of the programme. If we cancel the event for any reason, we will make a full refund of any booking fees paid. If we have to alter the date or location of the event this booking will be transferred to the revised date and these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the transferred booking.
11. Names of attendees may be used in future publicity. If you wish for your name not to appear in Motor Trader, in relation to the event, please clearly state so when registering.
12. Metropolis Business Media, a part of Metropolis International Group Ltd. may from time to time send updates about this product and other relevant Metropolis events and products. Your email address and telephone number will not be given to third parties unless you give us your explicit consent to do so. By providing your email address you consent to being contacted by email for direct marketing purposes by Metropolis International Group Ltd and its associated products. If you no longer wish to receive information from us you must state so when registering.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
