Steer Automotive moves into commercial vehicle and van repairs

Steer Automotive Group has expanded into commercial vehicle repairs with the acquisition of C&C Vehicle Services.

C&C Vehicle Services has five sites spread nationally along major traffic routes with plans to grow the footprint.

The acquisition complements Steer’s current national network of passenger car repair locations and delivers on their stated ambition to enter the rapidly growing commercial vehicle sector with a specialist division focussed on the LCV market.

Established in 1986, C&C Vehicle Services has grown successfully and developed a class leading reputation, providing repair and refurbishment services for commercial vehicles.

Mark Newnes, Managing Director of C&C Vehicle Services, is remaining with the business and will join the Steer Automotive Group operating board, continuing to lead the business and expand Steer Commercial division from the acquired C&C business platform in support of the growing Commercial and Light Commercial vehicle markets.
