Angela Shepherd has been appointed chief executive of Stellantis &You UK, replacing James Weston.
Shepherd has held senior management positions with Mercedes Benz since 2003, including the position of head of aftersales for ten years, followed by further roles in training and network operations. In 2019, she moved to the role of CEO for Mercedes-Benz Retail Group.
She took up her first management position in 2000 where she played a significant role in the reorganisation of the Mercedes-Benz dealer network into market areas.
This experience will prove useful at Stellantis &You, Sales and Services as it continues its multi-franchise expansion plans and focus on customer experience.
Following the introduction of Fiat and Abarth brands to existing Peugeot and Citroën showrooms in Sale and Birmingham Central. Guildford has recently extended its facilities for Aftersales to include Abarth, Citroën, Fiat and Jeep. Stellantis &You Chelmsford recently opened its Citroën showroom and a new development for a state-of-the-art premises has commenced in Bristol.
Stellantis &You UK said 18 of its 29 sites are now multi-franchise, currently with Abarth, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Peugeot and Vauxhall Brands.
Stellantis &You UK CEO James Weston left the dealer group to take up a new role within Stellantis as Vice President, Pre-owned Vehicle New Business Development.
