Waylands’ boss celebrates dealership wins at Volvo retailer awards

Wayland Automotive CEO John O’ Hanlon took to LinkedIn to celebrate the group’s performance in the Volvo Car UK Retailer of the Year Awards.

Waylands now has Volvo dealerships in Bristol, Newbury, Oxford, Reading and Swindon.

“A fantastic night for Waylands at the Volvo Car UK Retailer of the Year celebration,” he said.

“Waylands Oxford took home the prize for the regional retailer. And Waylands Reading placed a marker with the Most Improved Team.

“A huge congratulations to all the winners on the evening – the Volvo network remains a wonderful family to be part of,” said O Hanlon.

Waylands  the NFDA Green Dealer Award 2022 in September last year with investment having exceeded £1m in charging infrastructure.

It also lent its support to what is described as Europe’s most powerful electric vehicle charging hub, which has officially opened in Oxford.
